Kent Reliance is proud to announce the opening of its new, larger Canterbury Branch located at 12-13 High Street.
The relocation and enhancement of the Canterbury Branch is part of a wider , investment programme into its branch network and has been welcomed at a time when over 3,000 high street bank and building society branches have shut since 2014.*
The new branch, which is located only a few minutes’ walk away from the previous site, is larger in size and provides a more modern look and feel and includes; increased counter space, spacious lounge areas with information screens, private customer consultation rooms and a reception point where members of staff can be on hand to give instant help.
Andy Golding, CEO at OneSavings Bank plc, said: “We invest a considerable amount of time and effort to continually enhance our customer service proposition, whether that’s via the internet, on the phone or in person. Being able to go into a branch and speak to a member of staff is still paramount for many of our customers and we’ve acted on that feedback.”
“I’m absolutely delighted with the new branch and I’m sure our customers will welcome the changes which clearly demonstrate our loyalty to our branch network. Continuing to invest in improved facilities means that we can continue to build upon the fantastic levels of customer services we already provide as well as ensuring that our staff have a comfortable and pleasant work setting.”
