New printed passbooks arriving soon
We're pleased to announce that we're introducing a new way of updating your passbook in our Kent branches. Your new printed passbook will be available soon and you'll receive yours when you visit your branch after Monday 11 November.
Why we’re introducing these improvements
We’ve listened to our customers’ feedback and have introduced new technology to help speed up your visit, removing the need for our team to update your passbook by hand. Not only will this save you time, but it’ll reduce errors, while making things clearer for you. Please note that it may take the branch team a little bit longer to issue you with your new passbook, so please bear with us.
What you need to do
The good news is that you don’t need to do anything. You don’t need to make a special visit – we’ll issue a new book at your next branch visit following this upgrade. If you have any questions, please speak to a member of our team the next time you pop into your local branch or get in touch
