1. The Organiser of this draw (‘the Draw’) and Data Controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’) and other applicable data protection law is OneSavings Bank Plc or one of its subsidiaries registered office at Reliance House, Sun Pier, Chatham, Kent ME4 4ET (‘the Organiser’).   2. The Draw is open only to individuals over the age of 18 years who are currently residing in the United Kingdom.
  3. The Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary to enter the Competition, however internet access is required.
  4. The Draw will open at 10am on 1 July 2024 (the ‘Opening Date’) and close at 23:59 on 14 July 2024 (‘the Closing Date’). Entries received after that time will not be considered.
  5. The Organiser does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered or are not submitted due to a technical fault of any kind. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Organiser

  8. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to reject any entries if they are deemed to be inappropriate or offensive by the Organiser.
  9. To enter the Draw, entrants must:
    1. Follow the ‘Kent Reliance’ Facebook page and;
    2. Comment on the ‘Shaun the Sheep’ competition post with a photo of the entrant taken with the ‘Hope’ Shaun sculpture located on the Shaun the Sheep in the Heart of Kent Hospice trail in Mote Park, Mote Ave, Maidstone ME15 7RN.     3. If the entrant includes a photo or video of another person or a minor, the entrant agrees to obtain the persons permission and/or the parents/guardians permission before posting the photo or video on the competition post on Kent Reliance’s Facebook page.
    4. Photographs or videos must be owned by the person entering the Competition, meaning they have taken the photograph or video or have the express permission of the photographer or videographer.
  10. If an entry is not submitted in accordance with paragraph 9 above, it will be rejected and will not be entered into the Draw.
  11. Only one entry per entrant can be entered into the Draw. Multiple entries from the same entrant will be disqualified.
  12. The winner will be chosen on 15 July 2024 by using a computer process that produces verifiably random results
  13. The winner will be notified by the Organiser no later than the 19 July 2024 by replying to the winner’s entry using the account named 'Kent Reliance' so they can be contacted to provide their preferred personal email address via direct messages. The Prize will be sent to the email address provided by the winner. Should a winner fail to respond to social media communications within 14 days of being contacted by the Organiser, the Prize will be forfeited, and the Organiser shall be entitled to select an alternative winner.
  14. All entrants who fulfil the criteria detailed above at paragraph 9 will have an equal chance of winning the Draw.
  15. The Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other payment or discount and are not transferable.
  16. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the Prize(s) or substitute for one of equivalent value if for any reason beyond its control the original Prize(s) becomes unavailable. Any changes will be displayed on the Organiser’s Facebook page.
  17. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into about such decisions.
  18. The Draw is not open to employees of the Organiser, or any of their families.
  19. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Draw at any time without notice.
  20. By entering this Draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  21. The Organiser will process the personal data of the entrants (name, email) in accordance with its obligations pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection law for the purposes of the administration of the Draw.

  23. The winner may be asked to take part in reasonable post event publicity and for their name and photographs to be used in such publicity. The winner will be given the chance to object to such publication, or ask for less information to be published.

If any entrant and/or winner wishes to withdraw their consent for use of their name and image for the above purposes at any stage, they should contact the Organiser at MarketingOperations@chartercourtfs.co.uk. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by the Organiser before the entrant withdraws their consent.
  25. The winner’s surname and county of residence will be available 14 days after 19 July 2024 by emailing the following address MarketingOperations@chartercourtfs.co.uk.
  26. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
  27. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  28. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising in relation to the Draw.
