Can I open a new ISA during the move to new Online Services?

Yes, you can still open an ISA with us in one of our branches, but Branch ISAs and Online ISAs are separate products. If you open a Branch ISA and later choose to open an Online ISA, you won’t be able to transfer funds directly from each ISA.

You can withdraw money from a Branch ISA and pay it into an Online ISA, but this wouldn’t count as an ISA transfer and may affect the tax free status of those funds.

Can I deposit money into my existing ISA during the move to new Online Services?

If you’d like to add a deposit to your accounts before they move to our new Online Services, please check your email for the deadline by which we must receive your payment.

Any deposits we receive to your existing account details after that time, will be returned without interest.

Can I deposit money into my existing Fixed ISA after the move to the new Online Services?

Deposits into a Fixed Rate ISA will not be possible after the move to our new Online Services. If you want to make any additional deposits into your ISA, you must do this before the move.

Can I withdraw money from my existing ISA during the move to the new Online Services?

If you wish to request a withdrawal prior to your accounts moving, please refer to your email for the deadline by which you must submit your request.

Can I transfer money into my ISA during the move to the new Online Services?

You won't be able to request a transfer in from 01 July 2026. You can request a transfer in again (if your product terms allow this) once your accounts have moved to our new Online Services.

Can I transfer money out of my ISA during the move to the new Online Services?

You can request a transfer out to another provider as normal, as long as it’s received up until the Thursday before your accounts move. But please note any requests received after that must be made using your new savings account details, or they will be rejected.
